All delegate and student fees cover the Book of Abstracts (electronic), attendance of all scientific sessions and keynote lectures, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference dinner. For taking advantage of the reduced early registration fee, the date of payment and not the date of registration is decisive.

The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event). Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds up to March 18, 2025: 50% of fee. No refund is possible after March 18, 2025.

Payments will be refunded if the conference will be canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed.

Please note that papers can only be included in the conference proceedings, if the presenting authors is registered at the conference by March 31, 2025.
